Returns & Exchange Policy

Terms & Conditions:

- Please do not accept the parcel if it is unsealed or damaged.

- Customers are not allowed to open the parcel before handing over payment unless it is prepaid.

- For any defects or complaints regarding the parcel, please contact customer service within 24 hours.

- Complaints will not be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.

- Items purchased on Sale or at a Discount are not eligible for exchange or return.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Book Bank does not have a general return or exchange policy. However, in unavoidable circumstances, Book Bank will accept a refund or exchange if the customer receives a defective or incorrect product. Customers must contact our customer service and send images of the product(s) to the provided address within 24 hours of delivery. If the claim is validated, processing time will depend on the nature of the case.

Please note that Book Bank does not offer cash refunds. Refunds are processed via IBFT or cheque. If you opt for a refund, we will provide a suitable method and process the refund within 15-30 days. Refunds below PKR 1500 will be issued as online coupons valid for 60 days on online purchases only. Refunds above PKR 1500 will be transferred directly to your bank account. A Rs. 250 processing fee applies to all refunds, including product returns, order cancellations, out-of-stock items, and other refund requests.

Refund/Exchange Conditions:

- The item must be repacked properly and returned in its original packaging within 3 working days.

- The product must be unused, once our team reviews and approves the request, the exchange or refund process will begin.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order before it is processed by calling us at 03-064-104-090 during Mon-Fri (9 am-5:30 pm) and Sat (9 am-5:30 pm).

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

The Return and Exchange Policy will apply once the product is shipped.

Book Bank Online Store reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors*, or declined payments by financial institutions.
